Under the direction of the Building/Complex/Condo Manager or other appropriate administrative staff, this role is responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of employees in the general maintenance and upkeep of buildings/estate’s facilities and equipments.

Under direction, to oversee all water or wastewater treatment operations, assist in the preparation of treatment plant budgets, plan, assign and supervise the work of a crew operating and maintaining wastewater or water treatment plants, and to perform other duties as required. Under the direction of the Waste Water Treatent Plant Maintainance, our duties in maintaining pumps, equipment, facilities, performing and supervising the performance of laboratory tests related to Wastewater treatment.
